[VRC 3.0] ExerciseTrainer

This is the ExerciseTrainer, Bring your workout routine anywhere, Similarly to a squatting world.

This asset primarily is made to work with Defaults ON, but could work with Defaults Off as well.
(my form probably sucks lol)

The asset requires 12 memory bytes to Toggle, Sync Grabbing, Toggle sound, Counter saving and milestones.

This asset has VRCFURY set-up, so it should be easy to install.

Drag the ExerciseTrainer prefab on your avatar root, Unpack.
Take the Constr_GrabPos and put it on desired/dominant hand (Ex: Right/Left Hand or Wrist)
Finally, set your Target Bone in the position constraint on Target (Ex: Hips, Spine, Chest)
(Comes down to personal preference)
