[VRC 3.0] Blackmesa Sweetvoice (Wowozela)

This is the BlackMesa SweetVoice, or Wowozela.

This asset primarily is made to work with Defaults ON, but could work with Defaults Off aswell.

The Menu requires 1 Memory Byte to toggle it on and off with a button.

The asset can pitch change based on your head rotation just like the Wowozela.

The Asset has instructions inside to help guide you how to set it up onto your avatar, as it is centered around a "plug-and-play" style, it should be easy to set up.

This Asset includes:

Blackmesa Sweetvoice (Wowozela)
Functional pitch change based on head rotation
Able to change what Sound-byte is used in Unity easily.
